Help support 8 Tuff Miles

Well…if you thought Centerline Road was hard on your Jeep, maybe you should try it using your legs!

Now in its 13th year, 8 Tuff Miles had 800 registered runners and walkers in February this year.  Next year's race is already being planned for February 28.

The course takes you from sea level, to 1000 ft. and back to sea level.  It starts at the National Park Visitor Center.  It ends at the ball field in Coral Bay.

Last year, there were participants from 36 states, DC, Puerto Rico, Canada, England, Scotland, and the BVI.  The youngest runner was 5 years old, and the oldest, a young 71.

This year 8 Tuff Miles needs help raising the money that is awarded in college scholarships to the winners in the youth age groups.  If you would like to help, or want to learn more, check out their Web site at www.8tuffmiles.com.  You can donate online.
