Hello everyone and happy Friday! Let’s end the work week off right with a little video of the beautiful North Shore… shall we?
As I mentioned yesterday, the island is very green in many areas. Our friends over on the Coral Bay side could still use some rain, but the North Shore is starting to get pretty darn lush once again. It’s such a beautiful site! It was such a nice day yesterday, so after we finished up a News of St. John island tour, we popped the GoPro onto the Jeep and took a little cruise up North Shore.
The video below clocks in at just over 13 minutes. It’s in near real time, and we added some fun Caribbean steel pan music for you to listen to while you cruise along one of the most picturesque roads in the world. Enjoy!
Absolutely Beautiful really enjoyed the music on the viedo .thanks for sharing .will love to go there one day .
Thanks for the ride. Guess I’ll walk the rest of the way to Maho!!
Loved this! I just wanted you to keep on driving… 🙂
Second best way…………if one can’t be there in person. Thanks Jenn
Looks Great! and Congrats to you and Mike This little one looks good with you guys! Can’t wait to be back on Island in October!! Enjoy! Sending warm vibes!
Wow, thanks for sharing. It’s amazing the amount of work that the people of St. John have done.
If you didn’t know better, you would hardly know that anything happened.
Thanks for the great video!! Is that construction at the old site of Asolare?
Unfortunately, no. It’s the same property but nothing has bene done to Asolare from what I can see.
Thanks for a great gift until make our next visit in January!
Loved this. One more year and we will be there….thank you so much for posting.
Welcome back! thanks for the video, will be there in a few short weeks. Are taxis running at least half speed (given bigger resorts closed)?
in the past I’ve taken them TO all the beaches from Cruz, and had just a short wait to go back FROM the beach (like Gibney).
Thanks!
I lived on St John and St Thomas for a total of seven years and I feel like it’s my second home, I miss it so much. I want to come back to the islands that meant so much to me the island is great, the beaches are wonderful and the people welcomed me like family.. I had my son on St. Thomas on remain there until 1987 when I came back to the states ..I want to come back to the islands that meant so much to me..Iskand life is not easy- trips to Pueblo on Saint Thomas to shop for food made a long day but once you’re back on St. John everything all right .. No problem mon! Thanks for the beautiful video of St. John !!!
