I sent a message to owner months ago, no answer
Really? That’s very strange. Maybe it went to his spam folder. He’s extremely motivated to sell.
Looks like the link at the bottom for messaging the owner is broken?
would love more info about this business. Tried to hit link to email and its not working.
Best ribs on island.
I wonder what they consider low rent in St.John
Want to speak directly with the owner. Funds available now.
Link should be working now.
It’s a weird email address whether or not the link works and he apparently doesn’t reply anyway. Something is off.
Dear “Jim Cane” (and I know that’s a fake name you chose),
I saw the nasty comment you tried to post here. I also emailed you to the fake email you left. If you do not care for this site, don’t read it. It’s that simple. I’d also love for you to keep your hate to yourself. You’re living in paradise. I can see that from your VI Powernet IP address. So perhaps go out in the sun today and be happy, rather than attempting to spew hate on my site.
Best,
Jenn
I wish the owner and whoever buys DD’s all the best. One of the best burgers on the island and a nice place.
Sounds to good to be. Why the huge price drop? I’m interested. Rent and lease would be important. Thank you, David
I wonder if it has to do with the construction of new “200 room hotel” that is rumored to be closing a portion of the Lumberyard. Without a doubt, the 2-3 year construction timetable will definitely have an impact on business. On the flip side, when the project is complete this will be very convenient to the new hotel.
He’s been trying to sell the place for awhile. Way before we all heard about that hotel.
