Back in April, we told you how Driftwood David’s was up for sale. Well the Cruz Bay restaurant just had a significant price reduction. David is now asking just $99,000. Here’s the listing:

    • I wonder if it has to do with the construction of new “200 room hotel” that is rumored to be closing a portion of the Lumberyard. Without a doubt, the 2-3 year construction timetable will definitely have an impact on business. On the flip side, when the project is complete this will be very convenient to the new hotel.
