  1. If I ever hit the lottery, this is the kind of place I’d love to own. We have been going to St John since 1989 or so and we love it, especially the Coral Bay area. Unfortunately, we are not wealthy enough to spend this kind of money on a vacation home. Thanks for sharing, though … We love it!

  2. We’ve been traveling to St. John sine 1991, sometimes 3 trips a year. The Island has priced itself out of the market for the average tourist.

    I preferred St. John when i had to visit 3 markets to get my groceries and the natives were friendly.

    Will be spending my money elsewhere in the future.
