On the Market: Large, One Bedroom Home in Private Estate

Quite often I bring my guests out to Privateer Point on St. John’s East End to check out the beautiful views of the British Virgin Islands and Caribbean Sea. On nearly every visit, I am asked about a home that sits atop a hill out there with some of the most amazing views on island. Well that home recently listed for sale, and here are all the details straight from its listing…

”Caribbean Sunrise” is an impeccably well maintained villa with panoramic views, privacy and breezes. This income producing pool villa features 14” stone and masonry walls and masonry roof sited on 0.831 acres perched above Privateer Bay. Beautifully finished with Mahogany accents, stainless appliances, Venetian plaster, stained polished concrete floors, Rocky Mountain hardware, Ethan Allen furniture & high end custom doors. Ample room to add on or enjoy the privacy and have your friends and family stay at the Association-owned waterfront cottages in Round Bay at a reduced rate. Under round utilities and paved roads in this upscale development.

And now on to the pics…

  1. We love Caribbean Sunrise. We were the first renters and stayed a total of four times in the villa. The views are amazing with no other villa in site. The breezes are amazing, never needed a/c, even though it was available. Wish we were in a position to purchase it.

    • Hi Debbie & Jimmy,
Thanks for the nice comments on News of St. John. You guys were our first & last guests before Irmaria hit. Why don’t you come back for a visit? Any grandchildren yet?

      Kind regards
      Bob & Betsy
