Hello everyone and happy Sunday! We wanted to quickly let you all know that St. John will be featured, once again, on HGTV’s Caribbean Life program. The show airs tonight at 10 p.m. EST. It will replay Monday morning at 1 a.m. EST.
Here is the description straight from HGTV:
A couple is relocating from Texas to the beautiful island of St. John with their two young daughters. They’re looking forward to slowing down and spending more time together as a family in a property with views of the ocean and plenty of outdoor play space for the girls.
This episode was filmed after last year’s hurricanes, so it should be interesting to watch.

The island is looking great! I have to say I was a bit disappointed in the show with the fact that the couple did not end up buying a house on STJ. They said their budget was up to $700,000, and they ended up buying a home on STT for $200K. Not your typical HGTV show. But….I always enjoy watching!
100% agree Karen. Starting to see that more from related shows like Hawaii Life as well….couples overstate their budget and spend 90% of the show looking at places they can’t afford, and then at the end they either decide to keep looking, or buy somewhere completely different.
Also disappointed that they did not buy on St. John, but REALLY impressed and pleased to see some beautiful AND reasonably priced options!!
