Last Saturday was a fantastic day here on island. I took the folks out to Trunk Bay for the morning and afterward, we were pretty hungry. I heard that Driftwood Dave’s had a grand reopening party the day before, so we decided to check it out.
For those of you unfamiliar with Driftwood Daves, it’s located in the lower part of the Lumberyard next to the gym, underneath Barefoot Cowboy and across the street (and up the hill a tad) from Cool Breeze. It is very reasonably priced and has great food.
When I walked in on Saturday, I was pretty impressed. The place looks great. Dave changed the bar up, added more seating and you now have lots of new places to sit and people watch, which is always a fun afternoon activity. Check out some pics:
They also have a pretty good happy hour. So the next time you’re in Cruz Bay, be sure to swing by and check it out.
And amazing veggie burgers made with fresh STJ veggies.
