  1. Diana Beam and ReMax is not the Listing Agent. All Realtors on St John “have” the business for sale. This is mis-leading information. Feel free to contact any agent you know or have been working with and they will be able to provide any and all information.

  2. We hope who ever purchases it will keep the fun going. We will miss the New England ex-pat atmosphere that Larry helped to created. We also hope he enjoys his retirement.

    • My first reaction on seeing the headline was “Oh, No.”. But I known Larry wants to retire and take life a bit easier. I hope that who ever purchases the restaurant can retain the funky neighborhood hang out atmosphere and delicious food. I’ve seen too many restaurants fail under new ownership.

  3. It is Larry’s vision and dream that made the place. The next owner will probably make small changes. Then the changes continue. It may be an improvement or a deration of the vision. In any case, it will be their business to do as they wish.

The only thing certain is change.

  4. Great place to eat, we have wonderful memories of the Lobster Roll sandwich.
At $250,000 Larry is not looking to retire soon
